Work with Eclipse in three easy steps

Consult
  • Consult: Our initial consult involves a complimentary face to face meeting with an Eclipse Advocate
  • Sign up: When we decide that the relationship is a good fit we’ll sign the papers and get started!

Discover
  • Briefing: In our property briefing we’ll determine your goals, the best way to deliver information to you and the time frame.
  • Property tour: It’s time to go on a tour with one of our advocates around the types of properties you’re interested in. When you’re selling, we act as a liaison between you and the agent. Support and guide you through the sales process including sales method and campaign support.
  • Ongoing support: We will be communicating with you weekly to ensure that you are kept in the loop and know that each day you are moving closer to your goals.

Aquire
  • Offer submission: We will submit an offer for your property and provide you with due diligence on the property.
  • Manage settlement: We will manage all processes until your property settles.
