0424 146 193

Having gained years of experience as a Property Advisor, Buyer’s Advocate and Vendor’s Advocate at a leading Melbourne Property Advisory, she had bought and sold hundreds of properties for her clients over the years before founding Eclipse.

Ying's passion for real estate and dedication to finding the right fit for her clients is the driving force of Eclipse. With her previous experience in the medical profession, Ying has a unique perspective on how to work with busy and time-poor professionals and make their lives easier.

Ying thrives in the competitive property landscape; most weekends of the year she can be found at auctions bidding on behalf of her clients.

An accomplished public speaker who is often invited to speak at a range of events, she is known for her engaging, honest and relatable presenting style.

Ying takes a careful and considered approach when assessing and analysing investment properties and homes for her clients for purchase. She helps her clients bridge the gap between understanding the technical value of the property versus the current market sentiment which is the sound advice for which she is known for amongst her clients and referral partners.

Sean Casey

Property Advisor
sean@eclipseproperty.com.au
0481 002 435

Sean’s passion for property started from a young age. A desire to enter the property market as soon as he could, at 21 he bought his first property. In the coming years Sean went on to buy several investment properties whilst renovating his own home in the process.

Over the years Sean became the knowledge source for many friends and family when transacting in property. It was a natural progression to become a buyers advocate and helping more than just friends and family.

With a strong desire to help clients purchase the right property, one that meets today’s requirements but will also have future growth potential. Sean applies his own standards when purchasing on behalf of clients, “If I wouldn’t buy it why would I recommend someone else buy it?”

A local to Port Phillip, Sean loves to enjoy the outdoors and make the most of living bayside with his young family. If he gets a spare minute you’ll find him down the surf coast or catching a gig at the forum in town.

Ash Sachdev

Property Advisor
ash@eclipseproperty.com.au

Highly recognised for his dedicated approach to selling homes and extensive real estate experience in both sales and property management, Ash is also complemented by his local property knowledge and achievements within the local community.

His secret weapon? Unbeatable local knowledge. A current resident of Kew, Ash has lived in Balwyn, Hawthorn East and Kew East. He knows the schools (his kids attend one of them), the locales, the people and - most importantly - the properties.

As an ex-banker, Ash gets the importance of a solid financial structure, which coupled with his love for flipping homes (he has six under his belt in the last two years), he has a great balance of financial and practical experience he uses to help guide his clients through their property purchases.

Ash is always happy to have a chat and provide advice and opinion to his friends, family and clients alike.

Whilst he doesn't hit the gym or the track as much as he used to, Ash can be found enjoying a nice nap on the couch with a bag of chips in his hands in his spare time.

Emma Cheney

Client Relationship Manager
emma@eclipseproperty.com.au
0468 836 835

Emma’s love for real estate started in the same way it does for more people, in the world of luxury real estate reality shows Million Dollar Listing & Selling Sunset.

However, unlike most people, Emma was living in Los Angeles, working for a brokerage and doing deals across Hollywood, Pacific Palisades and Beverly Hills.

With an extensive background in Risk Management and Insurance, over a decade of acting and drama experience and a love for all things architecture and networking, Emma melted into the property market with ease and enjoyed the connection of people and their journeys – regardless of what phase of life they were in.
Her attention to detail, interest in her clients' stories past, present and future and focused nature on solving her client's needs before they know they need it have driven her and her passion to the role of Client Relationship Manager at Eclipse Property, after returning back to Melbourne during the pandemic.
