About the founder


Before embarking on her journey as a Buyer’s Advocate, Ying Chan built a successful career in medical sales, dedicating her evenings and weekends to renovating properties alongside her partner.

Ying transformed her passion into a career by becoming a Property Adviser, Buyer’s Advocate, and Vendor’s Advocate at a prominent Melbourne Property Advisory firm, where she has successfully bought and sold hundreds of properties for her clients. Driven by a desire for challenges and the ambition to chart her own course, she founded Eclipse.

At Eclipse, Ying’s passion for real estate and commitment to finding the perfect fit for her clients are at the forefront. Drawing from her experience in the medical field, she offers a unique understanding of the needs of busy professionals, ensuring their experience is seamless and efficient. Ying thrives in the competitive property landscape, often found at auctions on weekends, bidding passionately on behalf of her clients.
